-Leader then wraps up the call with a follow-up email broadcast to the group within 24 hours of
These outlines will fit into the general call outline. They are for the Leader's use when it is time
for a topic discussion. (On the general call outline, a topic discussion section is suggested).
Here is a suggested progression, where the Leader can take the MM group after the first 2 weeks of
foundation work and initial set-up. We recommend a flexible approach.
WEEK ONE CALL OUTLINE
-The Leader takes the opportunity to welcome everyone to the group!
The Leader is free to share about themselves. For example: who they are, why he or she has chosen to be an Access MasterMinds facilitator, their excitement to begin with the group, what a powerful experience group Masterminding can be, and how they are committed to group's success.
2. The Purpose and The Power of Masterminding. The Leader can take this opportunity to lay the
foundation for what Masterminding is. It may be appropriate here to differentiate group coaching and
masterminding depending upon the nature of the group itself. The following are suggestions as to how
the Leader can impress upon the group what group coaching and what masterminding is. The purpose of
group coaching is to bring like-minded people together, who are highly functional adults moving
forward and wanting even more out of life. Together we achieve even more as we pool our experience
and our brainpower. Our potential and power is expanded exponentially and we can all draw from this
Not every group that comes together in cooperation becomes a MasterMind. Mastermind means harmony.
Bring together the harmony of conscious, subconscious, and super-conscious and create a mastermind
within yourself. This is to be in alignment with yourself. Join in harmony with others, and the
power is unconquerable.
Harmony is the key. Look to your success in life. Notice the harmony that is present w/in
yourself when life is working for you and things are going well. Notice in successful situations
how those close to you supported you and worked with you toward achievement. All of the elements
w/in you worked together and all of the people in the group worked together as a unit. You are
promised a great group coaching experience. The challenge I put in front of you is to become a
MasterMind group. Not every group that comes together in cooperation becomes a mastermind. The
MasterMind does not spring up just because you get a group together and decide to do something.
Harmony of purpose between individuals must exist at all levels of conscious. Each individual is in
harmony w/themselves and then in harmony with the other MM members.
IMPORTANT NOTE: After the Leader explains Masterminding to the group, be it verbatim of the above or
in their own words, it is recommended that they inform the group that this topic will be open for
discussion on next week's call. Also, they can ask the group to email any questions, suggestions,
or comments. Other suggestions: The Leader can recommend that group members familiarize themselves
with the AMM website for hints and clues about masterminding and to review the "MasterMind" form in
the intake packet that illustrates the model of harmony within the self.
The Leader fields comments or questions, if any, before moving into the self introductions.
3. Group Self Introduction. Each group member takes a few minutes to share the following:
who they are
what they do
why they have chosen to be a part of this group
Dream sheet, Goal sheet, Commitment Sheet contents
Shares the most pivotal goal or objective for the next 8 weeks
Shares how the group can support them best
4. THEME (in the interest of time, the Leader is free to introduce this concept on the second call if
necessary). The Leader recommends that all group members think of a them for themselves for the next 8
weeks to share with the group on the next call.
effortlessness/surrender to higher power
Fun and Excitement
ease with transitions
living in integrity/living the truth about myself
Not good, not bad, not right, not wrong, JUST IS!
5. Set up Buddies. The Leader has a plan for buddy switching and sets up this first week. The Leader is
free to email the buddy schedule to the group or keep it a surprise every week.
6. Bridgeline etiquette and requests for call preparation.
Take 10 minutes of quiet time before the call to collect thoughts, relax, breathe, and center
yourself. Quietly review your week.
At the moment you dial into the call, put everything else in life aside for the time you are with
the group to keep your attention focused on the group.
call in on the hour. We begin 2 minutes after the hour.
*70 turns off call waiting.
fill out prep form before the call and email a copy to all group members 12 to 24 hours before
email suggestions, comments or questions to the Leader so they can respond to your request before
bring wins for the group as well as questions and ways in which the group can support you.
7. Fieldwork/Action (Optional with this first call)
Call your buddy, get to know each other, work with other on strategy and action plans
chose a theme for yourself
go around call quick and with one closing statement commit:
the one action you will take today
the stretch action you will take this week
how the group can support you (In one sentence)
Leader: "Call me or a group member with questions or for support."
Have a wonderful week. I see all of you living in health, abundance, affluence, and prosperity.
end of call
Email Support: Leader will email everyone’s e-dresses and telephone numbers for the group this week.
Leader encourages the beginnings of communication of group members throughout the week. Leader will mail,
fax or email everyone’s Dream sheets, goal sheets, commitments sheets and share pivotal goals
initially and then it is up to the group to email broadcast the group their own personal information.
The Leader wraps up the call via email within 12 to 24 hours of the call. The Leader may set up 15-20
minutes one on one coaching or support if they chose during the week
On biweekly Leader support calls, we help our Leaders work through certain
challenges they may have with a group. For example...a topic for a support call could
be "how do we get a group moving that is stuck" or " how to create team-work with a resistant group."
CREATING "SOMETHING MORE". Getting underneath what is NICE to what is REAL.
LIFE CHALLENGES ...I found with my group this discussion on challenges brought them closer than
anything we had done up to that point (all of a sudden, emails where flying).
How do we form a MasterMind? Topic Discussion/Question Leader gives the group...
The Leader could choose one or more of the following:
what has been the most challenging thing you have had to overcome in your life?
what accomplishment, no matter how difficult, are you most proud of?
what problem had felt unsolvable at the time, yet you did solve it? Tell us how you have grown as a result?
Currently, what is your most pressing business, financial, or personal problem?
Then, under fieldwork, we recommend the Leader make a request of the group to develop the question
further in story form to email to the group; the biggest challenge, how it impacted the individual,
how they have overcome the challenge, and what support is needed currently if the problem is not
completed or solved.
WINS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS (a good time for this discussion as the challenge discussion, I am
finding, gets pretty heavy and people are wanting a lift, as they could have been a touch "own"
processing the week before.
BARN RAISING TECHNIQUE - a member throws out a question, obstacle, challenge of theirs to the
group. The Leader goes around the call and asks for one suggestion or solution from the other members.
Use call outline prep form to add structure to the following discussion.
Recap the months wins and accomplishments. Check in with the group on your bottom-line progress. Time to "Barn Raise"
Each individual has an opportunity to "throw out their own personal challenge to the group"
go around the call and each group member shares one quick solution to that person
the individual here, has the opportunity to recommit to a goal or objective, to action steps, or to change a goal that is not serving them
Under Buddy assignments or fieldwork, the Leader requests that each buddy holds the other as super
capable and competent. No supporting each other's weaknesses, coach your buddy to take the wins and
go further, stretch each other.
Recommend that Leader follows call outline, as well as recaps any events from the previous week.
-Recommend Leader checks in with how everyone is doing regarding living according to their own chosen personal theme in the face
of fear or doubt
what are the biggest fears and concerns you have about yourself or your situation?
what stops you
when challenged or when taking a risk, how do you sabotage yourself or get in your own way?
how will we know when you are living in fear instead of living according to your true powerful self?
how do you behave in the face of fear? How can we support you in getting through it?
what are you afraid of? (pain, hurt, rejection, loss, loneliness, failure, success)
Recommend: Send email to all of us regarding how we will know when you are slowing down due to
fear or self doubt, how will we recognize it? How are you moving ahead in life despite some fears?
Share your current action steps in moving through any fear or doubt.
